guys, let me try to write down something like a strategy shortly before event starts. we have to cover two main topics.
1) Defending our own alliance buildings (fortress, strategy center and four towers). We have to sent as many troops into these six buildings as possible. Fortress seems to be most important. The bigger the first player sending troops in the more we can send in total, right? Like during red guard event yesterday. So before you go to bed or being passive after midnight tonight, please send troops to given alliancee buildings.
Everybody who is not active has to support here. Whenevery you are not active and pause action for a while, please send troops to alliance buildings. Please do not send your troops tp garher rss as long as there is space in given alliance buildings
2) Attacking other alliances
We have to focus on one target. First target to be announed later. Idea is that 5 to 10 player port to our weakest enenmy and attack him. It does not make any sense (as per my actuall knowledge) to run with 100k troops against a fully armed enemy fortress. This will be suicide. We have to work like against red guards lvl27 here. Strongest and best buffed player opens a rally, other players join and hit it hard. When rally is done we start it immdiately again.
Please do not fight any lonely fights. Maybe you find a building which is no enforced by troops. Then it may work, but otherwise you will only send troops to hospital.
Please share your thought and ideas. This event is new to us, but there is a slight chance that we will be successfull when we work togehter like during red guard attack or underworld. Let's rock and roll guys.

Additonal info: 1) Ports between kingdoms will be free, within kingdom at normal costs 2) No stamina will be needed for event rallies
Open questions to me: 1) Is pvp possible? Can we attack lords ported to us from other kingdom directly?

Remember that garrison capacity is less even with a high level on the towers.... By capacity it goes Alliance Fortress (most) Strategy Center, Then the towers.... The rally is the best idea for dealing with the other alliance buildings we are attacking, but we still don't know if the other alliances will respect the no attacking individual castles clause or not... if they do then it should be okay... we will take losses, but it'll probably be a good victory overall.
Also as was suggested earlier... make sure to check your equipment and your guards to make sure that they boost your troops as much as possible... maybe even traps if they don't respect the no attack... we want absolutely everything that we can to up our damage and all other aspects of our attack.

when garrisoning troops in an alliance building for this event DO NOT hit the garrison button, go to treasure details, then hit the defend treasure button.... this will not only earn you additional individual points, but also keep it from where the only thing that the enemy has to do is walk up to the building and expel everyone inside. Attacks are on against castles so be prepared, troops will all go to the kingdom hospital which will not take resources to heal, only a small amount of time. This can't be sped up by items only gold.... which i'm uncertain if it is refunded or not... i spent about 3000 gold on healing and found 3000 gold in my items don't know where it came from... but it can give you an edge to speed the heal time up which can help in either defense or attack as so desired.
thats about all i can think to say on the matter right now just make sure to share any info you may stumble upon so we are all informed.... More to come...

Okay everyone.... I've been trying to figure out as much as possible about this event and this is what I have so far... Some is repeat yes, but all in one....
First ATTACKING. Porting into kingdom is free.... this is kind of like an alliance teleport as it will not allow you to pick the placing of your castle, all you have to do is go to the event center and select the alliance you want to go to... I suggest first getting there location then looking at what they have defending the treasures by going to teleport in looking at their coordinates then cancel and then type them into the search, at least that way you have a feel for the one you want... You can view how many soldiers are defending the treasure without scouting and warning the people that are defending by clicking on the treasure details.... it will tell you their numbers not their level or anything like that ... for that you will have to scout. Most of the other is pretty self explanatory To attack their alliance buildings simply hit plunder treasure. It seems as if a few of these other alliances are as new to this as we are as they only have a few people actually defending treasure. Attacking other castles inside of their base is much the same as normal. So no difference there. But once your troops begin plundering... they will be after you.... you will be gaining treasure for our alliance at a set amount per second, as well as gaining us a lot of points and individual points... i was in a building plundering for about 2 min and got about 3000 points and treasure.... if you have any questions on attacking please pm me.
DEFENDING.. Okay, i've already said a little bit on defending, but we'll run over it again. When defending, DO NOT garrison your troops in alliance building.... this is entirely worthless. All the enemy has to do is try to plunder and they will be successful.. It will not expel your troops they will still be garrisoned in building and so will the enemy.. The game says it like this... they are entirely separate garrisoning alliance buildings is for kingdom attacks and to actually defend the treasure you must hit treasure details then garrison your troops through that.. I do not know if we can have people defending treasure before event start.... because this is a way to earn points they may not allow it, we'll have to see about this the next time... we can always hope. Castle hits are okay and may well be good to help in both attack and defense but just remember to pick your targets well and get backup when in doubt of a victory
Rallys are key either way so please launch and join them all. Sometimes we have to launch rallies even knowing we will lose to knock their troop count down to take them out the next time.. don't shy away from this its okay.. we sometimes have to take hits like this for the team. All healing is free and takes very little time so don't be afraid to lose some troops, but the same token be smart about it because troops heal just as fast for them too... It doesn't matter where you are kingdom hospital acts just the same and the same for all alliances, so don't count some one out just because you zeroed them a little while ago, they'll be back in about 30 minutes.
Another thing as Lian said in game we can try to get a better match to face off against by kicking mules farms inactives... this will drop our power tremendously but also make it to what the power level is is actually what we have... i might suggest that for this we get rid of all of our inactives (big hit i know when we are trying to stay on top of the leaderboard) and bring in as many dogs and others that are kind of strong... they will be able to sit in the buildings and defend the treasure earning everyone points and keeping the treasure from being free... every single troop they loose counts in the long run. But actually sitting more even on the power levels will make a big difference in itself. we wont be up against alliances with 5 level 26 plus castles.... maybe only one or two like we have... anyways post your thoughts and if you have any questions like i said message me either in here or in game if i can help i will

Not well versed in the forum yet. Apologies if i am posting wrongly. Some lessons from Ultimate Alliance Event.
General Observations 1. We need to attack to avoid last place. My experience this time was this: - Attacks on castles are pure distractions. Play cat and mouse to avoid engagement. At home and when attacking. - When away. Take enemy building. Use secondary troops to cause distractions. Let them attack your castle. Attack their castles. Let them try to chase you. You need a strong army to plunder 500/min. So you need to hold the enemy building at least an hour to make a difference. Distractions are the way. Bringing other players could cause more distraction. - Even when holding a building. Avoid engagement with main army. Leave. Attack another building if rallied too hard. - Remember to "add troops" every time. You can supplement till full unlimited times. - I found no enemy where I was the strongest. This means we can not. Never should try to engage main vs main. Cheat them. Let their main chase secondary troops hitting small castles. - At home: Do not attack enemy castles. Do not rally them (unless a very clear opportunity to remove an enemy completely). They can easily move troops. They want focus on castle. Attack occupied buildings. Keep focus there only. - Unless we get easier matching: Below c24-25 will be annihilated instantly in other kingdoms. Only go with lower in groups. Preferably with me or hopefully other c25+ by then. Then we can cause chaos. Confusion. Whilst looting. Like c26 hits tower with main force. Simultanious c22-25 hit some castles. Reinforce tower. Hits everywhere. To keep focus from tower. - The event is 2days. Nobody can keep focus so long. We need coordinate short bursts. Defend for the rest.
Preparation 1. We MUST teach alliance members not to garrison but guard treasure. 2. We must ensure nobody gets scared. waste shields. etc. All must know no troops or rss will be lost. 3. We might have to choose certain buildings to heavily fortify. Depending on opponent we cant necessarily hold all. 4. Only top10 alliances qualify for event. Question is when matching power is determined. We might benefit from removing power if we can figure exactly when. 5. Strike teams can be organised in advance.

next time we have to reduce our power at time of registration as much as possible. At least all twinks/farms should leave alliance for that time. We should also think about off hivers. They do not add any value to event.
Not sure if is makes sense to remove lord cloth for event. Not sure how stupid this software is ....
The lower strength we have the lower opponents we'll get.

I also wanted to put up that there is a base plunder speed of 260 for the Alliance towers (plus or minus based upon how much it is above 30,000) the Strategy center gives 300 and the Alliance Fortress gives 350 each has same modifiers based upon how many people man (+30 for each additional person) and troop level(i didn't get to see the difference but it is there) each is based upon 60 seconds. The scoring of the event doesn't call in anything but the overall treasure ... 1 point per minute for every 10,000 treasure(300,000 treasure is 30 points per minute).
As for earning individual points not exactly sure how the defending treasure is broke down, but its time based and troop strength based. the more troops and the stronger for the longer you defend the more points you get. Plundering earns you more points however, and that is done on a one for one basis, for each piece of treasure you plunder you gain an individual point, i'm uncertain if plundering a building together will increase both's individual points or not... as most times it's better to plunder separately and earn more treasure for the alliance.
Also remember that individual points have no bearing what so ever on the alliance score so please work together and work smart.... the higher the alliance score the higher the prizes we all get... so don't get discouraged if you don't get the max reward for individual points.
